TERMS OF SERVICE
The following Terms of Service (TOS) must be agreed to and abided by for use of Hudson Speaks' services. Please be aware that Hudson Speaks reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time, and without notice. In addition, the use of Hudson Speaks' service (s) by a subscriber constitutes an unconditional acceptance of and agreement to Hudson Speaks' TOS.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Hudson Speaks is a Hudson County, New Jersey-based sexual assault prevention, intervention and after care center.

Hudson Speaks provides users with access to its services. We serve all survivors of sexual assault (except anyone below the age of 13 years old), both male and female, regardless of race, religion, financial status, immigration status, educational background, gender identity or sexual preference. These services extend to family members, marital/dating partners and friends.

We are committed to ending sexual violence through education and awareness, by empowering, supporting and advocating for all those affected by this crime. and blogs. You also understand and agree that the service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Hudson Speaks to provide the service. Most of our services are free of charge. If there is a fee for a service we will publish the rate in appropriate section of this site or you can obtain it by writing us at: hudsonspeaksnj@gmail.com.
MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD & SECURITY
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Hudson Speaks of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Hudson Speaks will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
CONTENT/COMMENT REMOVAL
You acknowledge that Hudson Speaks may or may not pre-screen content, but that Hudson Speaks shall have the right in its sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or move any content that is available via the services.
Hudson Speaks reserves the right to refuse, revoke or remove the content (content refers to information, data, text, documents, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics and video), logo, products, link, advertisement for any reason without prior notice or in the exercise of its sole discretion regarding material which it finds to be objectionable. This may include, but not be limited to verbal and/or graphic obscenity, adult (pornographic content), violent, intolerant, racially biased, denigrating, or sexually oriented content or materials. This includes national / international security threats, terrorism, hatred, religious conflict, gender bias, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, gambling, firearms or illegal information or violation of any international or United States' laws.
DISCLOSURE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT
The TOS specifically prohibits the use of our services for illegal activities. Therefore, subscriber agrees that Hudson Speaks may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agency that requests such information, provided they posses the proper court-approved warrant, without consent or notification to the subscriber. Subscriber must provide Hudson Speaks real and current contact information such as e-mail address, snail mail address, telephone and fax contacts.
APPLICABLE LAW
This Terms of Service is subject to the governing laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS FOR REGISTRATION
In consideration of your use of the service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the service's registration.
